Harley Quinn Full Vector by Tigg-Z210 Harley Quinn Full Vector by Tigg-Z210
I've uploaded two of these as I've worked on this so far and I'm so very close to finishing will update this one so I dont need to add more.

Recap:
After purchasing an Adonit Jot Touch 4 styles and iPad 4 I played with various apps, was using a sketch but Rantz (rantz.deviantart.com) after a bit I decided to do this in vector and after trying a few apps came across Inkpad, which as you can see is a great vector app

in true form though, a piece of art is never finished. the artist just stops working on it

going to redo the eyes entirely and add lashes

app named Inkpad, the best i have tried, believe it was $5, some of the cheaper ones i purchased didnt work the way i hoped.
you can create masks, clip from the shape in front etc...

basically i use the brush to draw the shapes, then go back and delete point that arent needed and refine the shape
